About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Health Worker Supervisor to lead a team of dedicated health workers in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Community Health Workers (CHWs).
Oversee the implementation of community health programs and initiatives.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of health data collection and reporting by CHWs.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor CHW performance and provide support.
Liaise with local clinics, hospitals, and community leaders to coordinate services.




Assist in developing and refining community health strategies and protocols.
Requirements Relevant qualification in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community health, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of primary healthcare principles and public health issues.
