This role focuses on developing and implementing the Early Learning program for children from infancy to 16 years old. You'll conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and facilitate inclusive classes that promote essential motor and self-regulation skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative programming and curriculum for children
• Conduct assessments and collaborate on individual goals
• Lead group classes and workshops for parents
• Modify programs based on client feedback and outcomes
• Supervise and support OT students during placements
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Occupational Therapists registration required
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience with pediatric or diverse populations crucial
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend work
