Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties
• Ensure adherence to Avana policies and service levels




• Develop and implement employee training and improvement plans
• Monitor leasing and financial activities across the portfolio
• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks

Requirements:
• Five years of progressive residential property management experience
• Proven supervisory skills with property management teams
• Robust financial management and analytical capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
