Term and Location This role is based in Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto. The Chamber will offer a hybrid work arrangement, with a requirement of three days in-office presence per week. If the candidate is located in Toronto, this role is currently a remote position, however, the Chamber will be establishing an office in Toronto in the future, and the same hybrid work arrangements as in Ottawa and Montreal will be applicable at that time. Once an office has been established, there will be no available remote option
Summary of the Role and Opportunity The Canadian Chamber of Commerce is seeking an entrepreneurial and service-oriented coordinator to serve as Senior Coordinator, Chamber Network Engagement.
Reporting to the Vice President, Chamber Network Engagement, the Senior Coordinator,



Chamber Network Engagement will support the development and delivery of programs and initiatives that strengthen the Canadian Chamber of Commerce’s network of more than 400 chambers of commerce across Canada.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines national program coordination, member services, stakeholder engagement, and operational support. Working closely with the Vice President, the Senior Coordinator will help translate strategic priorities into practical programs, tools and processes that chambers can successfully implement in their local business communities.
A key focus of the role will be a new initiative by the Canadian Chamber, delivered in partnership with the Chamber Network. The Senior Coordinator will play a central role in coordinating national implementation and supporting participating chambers across Canada.
Core Duties and Responsibilities National AI Program Support the Vice President, Chamber Network Engagement in developing and implementing national programs and initiatives that create value for chambers of commerce and their local business communities.
Coordinate the implementation of the Chamber’s national AI adoption initiative, including timelines, deliverables and priorities across multiple program workstreams, internal teams and external partners.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with chambers of commerce across Canada, supporting their participation in national Chamber programs and initiatives, including onboarding, support and regular engagement with participating chambers.
Develop practical playbooks, templates,



project management tools and other resources that enable chambers to deliver programs effectively and promote them to local business communities.
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve program design and delivery based on the experience of participating chambers and businesses.
Work collaboratively across Canadian Chamber teams, including Communications, Finance, Membership, Business Data Lab and other departments, to support integrated program delivery.
Support the preparation of meetings, partner updates, implementation materials and other resources required for effective program delivery.
Support other Chamber Network Engagement programs and strategic initiatives as required.
Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Monitor implementation progress, identify emerging challenges and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities alongside program research and evaluation partners.
Support the collection and analysis of program data, participant feedback, success stories and other insights from chambers and SMEs across Canada.
Translate program data and stakeholder feedback into practical recommendations that strengthen implementation and participant experience.
Support impact reporting and other reporting requirements from funders and national partners.
Maintain effective systems for tracking activities, milestones, participation and program outcomes.
Chamber Network Engagement and Support Support initiatives designed to strengthen engagement, collaboration and connectivity across the Chamber Network.
Maintain a strong customer-service orientation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the experience of chambers participating in national initiatives.
