Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll engage in a variety of repair, maintenance, and inspection duties critical to patient and staff safety. Your role will utilize your certified skills for specialized projects and ensure effective preventative measures are in place throughout the facilities. Experience in maintenance within healthcare is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed inspections and repairs of systems
• Carry out programmed maintenance and calibrations
• Troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing issues




• Maintain logs and assist with construction functions
• Execute other assigned maintenance duties

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in relevant maintenance program
• 3-5 years experience in building systems maintenance
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Physically fit for maintenance tasks required
