At the Wellesley Early Learning Centre, you will partner with an RECE to support the implementation of educational activities designed for young children. Your responsibilities will include supervising children, maintaining safety, documenting observations, and fostering positive relationships with families. This collaborative environment encourages ongoing professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children and ensure a healthy, safe setting
• Organize and assist in program activities and transitions




• Document attendance and conduct regular headcount
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate observations with the teaching team

Requirements:
• Certification as Early Childhood Assistant, or similar experience
• Current Standard First Aid certification required
• Strong relationship-building with parents and families
• Respectful engagement with a diverse community
• Flexibility to meet program needs
