We are seeking an experienced Senior Cable Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Install, implement, troubleshoot, and integrate structured cabling systems and premise security solutions for commercial clients.

Collaborate with project teams to design and deploy customized solutions that meet customer requirements.

Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing hands-on guidance and support in structured cabling, CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, and telecommunications technologies.

Deliver customer training and technical support both remotely and in office.

Lead job site activities when required, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Maintain positive and professional communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Travel to customer locations throughout the region as required.

Participate in occasional evening, overnight, and weekend work based on project requirements.

Complete project documentation and maintain accurate service records.

Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.

Qualifications





5+ years of experience installing and supporting structured cabling systems and telecommunications infrastructure.

Experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm systems, and other security technologies is considered a strong asset.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments, including ladders and elevated work areas.

Knowledge of industry standards, safety practices, and best installation techniques.
