We're looking for a talented Lash Artist who is passionate about their craft and thrives in a qualified, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Artist to provide high-quality lash extension and lash lift services while delivering outstanding customer care. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and artistry.

Responsibilities

Perform lash extension services including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets

Perform lash lifts and tints according to salon standards

Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend suitable services

Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are sanitized and maintained

Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations

Rebook clients and contribute to client retention

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Stay current with industry trends,



techniques, and product knowledge

Represent The W Beauty Bar professionally both in-person and online

Qualifications

Certified Lash Technician (required)

Previous lash extension experience preferred

Strong isolation and application skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Punctual, reliable, and organized

Passion for beauty, client care, and continued education
