This role involves leading all Site Quality Operations, from mentoring QA teams to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Leverage your extensive knowledge in biotechnology to drive operational strategies that align with global regulatory expectations, oversee critical quality metrics, and maintain documentation integrity. Help pave the way for innovative solutions in the treatment of genetic disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Site Quality Operations and CGMP compliance
• Manage and mentor a dedicated QA team




• Author and review relevant regulatory documentation
• Provide oversight for clinical manufacturing and supply chain quality
• Support and conduct regulatory body inspections

Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years in Quality Assurance within biotech
• 5+ years in senior management roles
• Solid background in Gene Therapy, AAV preferred
• Solid knowledge of regulatory guidelines (21 CFR, USP)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences
