As a part of our Commercial IBU Service Team, you’ll be responsible for renewals, new sales, and servicing an existing provincial commercial book of business. You will engage with clients to ensure they receive the best coverage that meets their needs while maintaining a focus on retention and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for commercial insurance inquiries
• Provide coverage advice and custom recommendations
• Develop new business through various outreach methods
• Collaborate with the Commercial Insurance Manager for guidance
• Ensure outstanding customer service and support
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales is essential
• Valid RIBO License preferred (can be pursued post-selection)
• Ontario driver’s license is necessary
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
