RhynoCare seeks experienced Personal Support Workers to support residents in Long Term Care facilities. You will be required to assist with daily living tasks and document health changes accurately, ensuring the best possible care for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Complete documentation in accordance with policy
• Support residents with their daily living activities
• Facilitate safe transfers and mobility for residents
• Participate in team meetings and training programs

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Completion of approved PSW Training or Year 1 RN/RPN
• Experience in a Facility PSW role preferred
• Second language ability is an asset
