Job Description
To be eligible for Pomerleau’s internship program, you must meet the following criteria:

Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.

Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.

Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.

What you will do

Help facilitate communication between designers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monitor design schedules and track progress to ensure timely reviews and submissions.

Support the management of design inputs, requests, and responses.

Participate in the RFI and Quality Review processes, ensuring clarity and relevance.

Review feedback and assist in coordinating design decisions related to procurement and construction.

Contribute to presentation preparation for key stakeholders and maintain organized documentation.





Assist in organizing design workshops and documenting meeting outcomes.

Enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
