This role, reporting to the Inclusion Coordinator, requires collaboration to adapt programming and guide staff in effective behavioral techniques. You will also engage with families as a critical point of contact, monitor progress, and maintain a positive program setting.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the onsite specialist for behavioral strategies - Develop weekly lessons for varying ability levels - Mentor staff on behavior support techniques - Monitor participant progress and suggest recommendations - Communicate regularly with families regarding participant updates
Requirements: - Certification or relevant experience in behavior analysis - Solid understanding of behavior management for autism - Works well with children in sports or therapeutic settings - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills - Vehicle access and evening/weekend availability
