$90,000–$110,000 Base + Commission/Bonus Program + Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card + Advantages

Influence Projects Before They're Built We're recruiting an experienced Architectural Sales Representative to grow specifications across the Lower Mainland for a respected supplier of building envelope and acoustical solutions.

This is a true specification sales role , working with architects, interior designers, consultants and specification writers to influence projects before construction begins.

What You'll Do
Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and specification writers.
Develop specifications for building envelope and acoustical products.
Deliver technical presentations and Lunch & Learns.
Track projects from early design through tender and construction.
Provide technical guidance on product applications and assemblies.
Partner with internal sales teams to convert specifications into business.
Grow brand awareness throughout the Lower Mainland A&D; community.





What We're Looking For
Experience with architectural acoustical products or specifications is strongly preferred.
3+ years in architectural, specification or technical building products sales.
Building envelope experience is highly valued.
Existing Lower Mainland A&D; relationships are a major asset.
Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
Solid presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with experience managing a territory and project pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits
$90,000–$110,000 base salary
