Join Definity’s team as a Financial Performance Specialist to deliver critical P&L; insights for Personal and Commercial Insurance. This hybrid role demands analytical precision and a team-oriented spirit.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Performance Measurement, and collaborate with various teams on financial reporting and analysis. You will focus on enhancing P&L; reports and support strategic decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Utilize emerging technologies to improve reporting processes and gain deeper insights into performance drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly and quarterly P&L; reporting
Create executive-level reports detailing results and trends
Analyze financial results against plans and forecasts




Assist in the month-end close and reporting process
Support forecasting activities for the National Broker Platform

Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Experience in financial analysis or FP&A; preferred
Proficiency with MS Excel and Power Point
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM / Hyperion is an asset
Solid verbal and written communication skills
