Become a crucial part of Green Infrastructure Partners as a Field-Based HSE Advisor in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on proactive site risk assessment and implementing safety measures in real-time.

Reporting to the Manager of HSE, you will partner with local operations and the national team to ensure safety compliance and risk management in construction environments. With a hands-on approach, you'll guide in office teams through trainings while evaluating hazards and establishing effective safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in office risk assessments across construction projects
Monitor high-risk tasks and ensure safety compliance
Provide immediate hazard recommendations and training
Support emergency response and operational safety integration
Act as a liaison between field teams and management

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Health and Safety
5+ years of experience in construction or industrial safety
CRSP, CM IOSH, or other safety certifications preferred
Robust understanding of safety legislation
Bilingual in French and English is a plus
