Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: No experience (will train) Work site environment Outdoors At heights Dusty Tasks Load, unload and transport construction materials Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt Perform routine maintenance work Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced workplace Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 hours per week
