Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Corporate Communication Specialist - Banking. This position involves developing and executing skilled, branded communications and learning materials to support training initiatives and change management efforts across the organization. Pay rate range (CAD): $38.33/hr – $45.99/hr

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce innovative internal communications including emails, newsletters, and training documents

Coordinate and manage the creation and distribution of communication and training materials

Develop content in alignment with corporate branding and standards

Assist in organizing logistics and delivery of newsletters and training sessions

Support change management initiatives through effective communication strategies

Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging

Proof translations and adapt bilingual content when necessary

Contribute ideas to enhance communication strategies and engagement efforts

Desired Skill-Set

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/in education

5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications, creative development, or editing

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment





Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Copilot

Experience supporting change management initiatives through communications

Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear messages

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Creative mindset with a talent for original content development

Ability to interface effectively with various departments and stakeholders

Capable of producing quality work within tight deadlines

Nice to Have

Bilingual French language skills, with the ability to proofread translations

Experience in a financial or banking environment

Previous experience with branding and corporate identity standards

Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms

Experience with project management or coordinating multiple initiatives
