This role entails providing exceptional care that addresses the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual needs of residents. Your work will be located just 30 minutes northwest of Ottawa, facilitating an easy commute.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement resident care plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with a diverse caregiving team
• Employ Gentle Persuasive Approach and Behavioral Support practices
• Maintain open communication with residents and colleagues
• Adhere to the Residents Bill of Rights in all care practices

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW training program
• Familiarity with GPA and BSO practices
• CPR certification current
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to set priorities and work well in teams
