In this role, you will be engaged in the initiation and management of hemodialysis treatments while preparing necessary equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent patient assessment skills are prerequisites, as you will help guide patients through critical procedures and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis treatments
• Prepare dialysis machines and troubleshoot as needed
• Access central lines and venous accesses efficiently




• Provide extensive patient education and follow-up care
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS certification required at time of hire
• Experience with acute hemodialysis essential
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with equipment
• Solid capacity to meet physical and work demands
