The position reports to the Supervisor -Client Servicesand is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and questions professionally and courteously. As a member of the team you will engage with the customer by providing the quotation, order information, and necessary follow-up.

Job Duties Respond to customer calls, quote prices generated through our Website.
Assist existing and potential customers in providing quotes, orders and necessary follow ups.
Process Customer Orders received through our portal, email, fax and telephone.
Pre-call orders, update the order and documenting entry of notes.
Office Filing.
Provide inspection reports to our Claims Department as and when requested.
Any other related duties as required.
Required Education/Skills/Abilities: 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer service.
Completion of High School Certificate.
Ability to manage priorities efficiently and make quick educated decisions.
Customer oriented and a team player.




Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
High attention to detail and well organized.
Pleasant Attitude.
Previous experience in automotive industry would be an asset but not mandatory.
Physical Demand Full ability to Stand.
Ability to sit for more than 1 hour.
Full Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, 30 min Lunch.
Occasional Overtime as required.
Indoor office workplace.
This location is not accessible by public transportation or by foot or bicycle. Therefore candidates must have their own vehicle to reliably commute to and from the workplace.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
