Sales Representative Industrial Sector Location: Laval, Quebec Our client: A well-established company in the industrial tooling sector is seeking a Sales Representative to strengthen its sales and customer relationship management team.

The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with an established B2B industrial clientele, while identifying new business opportunities.

This role is for an experienced, service-oriented individual capable of building trust with clients and ensuring rigorous follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B client accounts in the industrial sector Proactively follow up with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and loyalty Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions Collaborate with internal teams (technical service, logistics, etc.)



to ensure a seamless customer experience Contribute to achieving sales and growth objectives for the assigned territory Monitor the market and competitor activity Desired Profile Minimum 5 years Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.

Bilingualism (French/English) depending on the clientele served.

Valid driver''s license (occasional travel as needed).
