Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Corporate Controller will lead financial reporting and accounting operations across a growing, multi-entity manufacturing organization.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with responsibility for the close process, manufacturing costing, inventory, budgeting, controls, systems improvements, acquisitions, and leadership of a small accounting team.

The Controller will also play a key role in ERP standardization, acquisition integration, AP automation, inventory improvements, and building the finance infrastructure needed to support continued growth and future external audits.

Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and management reporting.

Standardize accounting policies, processes, controls, and the chart of accounts across multiple entities.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow,



and working capital management.

Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, standard costing, WIP, and inventory valuation to identify opportunities for improved profitability and efficiency.

Strengthen inventory controls, cycle counting, tracking, and reporting.

Lead ERP and financial systems integration , including onboarding newly acquired businesses.

Drive process improvements and automation, including accounts payable automation .

Support acquisition integration, year-end reporting, tax requirements, and preparation for external audits.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support business decisions and growth.

Lead, coach, and develop a small accounting team while remaining hands-on with day-to-day finance operations.
