Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an experienced Virtual Commissioning Specialist to support automotive manufacturing automation projects using Siemens Process Simulate and FANUC robotics .

Position Overview This role will build and validate complete virtual manufacturing work cells using Siemens Process Simulate, with a focus on FANUC robotics and PLC-to-robot integration before physical commissioning.

Key Responsibilities Build complete virtual work cells in Siemens Process Simulate for automotive manufacturing applications Model and simulate FANUC robotic equipment and associated automation Test and validate PLC-to-robot interfaces within the virtual environment Identify and troubleshoot sequencing, communication, and robot simulation issues Collaborate with controls and robotics teams to resolve issues before physical commissioning Document test results, issues,



and required changes Required Qualifications At least 2 years of Siemens Process Simulate experience specifically for virtual commissioning in an automotive environment Hands-on experience with FANUC robotic manipulators Ability to independently build complete virtual work cells Experience testing and troubleshooting PLC-to-robot interfaces Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with controls and robotics engineering teams Availability for a 612-month assignment in Brampton, Ontario Compensation is highly flexible, and we are prepared to be very competitive for the right candidate.
