Adecco is currently hiring a Senior Tax Analyst for a full-time opportunity for our client in Grimsby, ON.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Canadian corporate tax, commodity tax, tax reporting, tax compliance, tax provision, and financial reporting within a large corporate environment.

Coordinate transfer pricing reporting and support intercompany agreements.
Prepare and review current and deferred tax provisions, forecasts, and journal entries.
Support commodity tax filings, reports, and remittances.
Audit & Tax Research Support tax audits and respond to tax authority requests.
Coordinate documentation and maintain clear audit trails.
Research tax issues and prepare technical documentation and recommendations.
Process Improvement & Business Support Participate in tax technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions.
Collaborate with accounting, finance,
and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
Support and mentor less experienced team members.
Qualifications and Skills: Professional Accounting Designation (CPA or equivalent) required.
Minimum 1 year of dedicated Canadian corporate tax and/or commodity tax experience. 8+ years of accounting, finance, or tax experience within a large corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax provisions.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent organizational, communication, and business writing skills.
Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
Experience with automation, reporting, or tax technology tools is considered an asset.
