As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a team of janitors at CCS while ensuring effective service delivery. With at least two years in a leadership position, you'll implement training programs and monitor safety compliance. Your expertise in environmentally friendly cleaning processes will help promote a healthy workspace and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead team to deliver high-quality cleaning services
Organize shift schedules according to contract standards
Ensure team compliance with safety protocols




Train and onboard recent cleaning staff
Regularly inspect cleaning operations for quality

Requirements:
Leadership experience of two years in cleaning services
Knowledgeable in cleaning best practices and sustainable products
Solid people management and problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office and technology use
Willing to undergo a Police Background Check
