This role reports to the Team Lead and offers the chance to work within the Nov Atel Hardware Engineering team. You will apply your experience to address sustaining issues, develop designs, and ensure quality through rigorous testing processes.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the improvement of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate product lifecycle technical issues and resolutions
Develop solutions compliant with IATF 16949 processes
Perform hands-on testing,



including test plan execution
Update documentation and create Engineering Change Orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for enhancements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Robust 3D modeling skills in Creo
Knowledge of DFMA, GD&T;, and relevant standards
Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis effectively
