Lead discovery activities to assess Advisor and business needs
Analyze evidence and identify research gaps for clarity
Design workshops for problem framing and stakeholder alignment




Translate findings into business recommendations and executive materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on delivery and implementation Requirements:
Significant experience in business design or service innovation
Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives
Robust understanding of Advisor journeys and analytics
Experience with user and stakeholder research is vital
