Direct daily ski hill operations and employee oversight
Ensure safety checks and compliance with regulations
Implement training and operational guidelines for staff
Manage recruitment and conduct employee reviews
Support summer camping park operations with coordination Requirements:
Ski Area Resort Management diploma is an asset
3+ years of lift operations experience required
2+ years in a supervisory capacity
First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain
