Your responsibility will be to greet customers, confirm appointments, and ensure technician availability aligns with service requests. Maintaining transparent communication and managing workflow effectively are critical to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Confirm and schedule service appointments via phone, email, and online
Welcome customers and gather vehicle/service information
Coordinate with Service Advisors on shop capacity
Provide appointment reminders and updates on vehicle status
Keep exact records in the dealership management system Requirements:
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
Familiarity with scheduling tools an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust ability to multitask efficiently
