Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for approximately 200 non-union employees, ensuring all payments are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain payroll records by entering, verifying, and updating earnings data while resolving discrepancies that affect employee pay.
Audit payroll calculations, investigate variances, and make corrections to support accurate wage processing.
Prepare payroll-related reports covering earnings, statutory deductions, taxes,



and other withholdings for internal review and record-keeping.
Update employee payroll profiles to reflect changes such as tax exemptions, benefit selections, insurance coverage, and other deductions that impact net pay.
Administer employee benefits and pension information in coordination with payroll requirements and company policies.
Set up recent hires in payroll systems and ensure employee information is entered completely and correctly.
Provide payroll support to HR and Finance by responding to inquiries, supplying data, and assisting with related administrative activities.
