Our global client requires a Senior Fieldglass Consultant to join an in process S4HANA Implementation VMS and Workforce Management configuration, design and execution experience across FG solution.

Full time from October 2026 to July 2027 Role: Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant Start:: ASAP / early Oct 2026 End: July 2027 Location: Remote delivery with potential ADHOC travel for key phases... workshops/testing, Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of contingent workforce management, external workforce processes, and SAP Fieldglass modules, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

The consultant will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Fieldglass solutions and ensuring the platform effectively supports procurement, onboarding, time and expense management, invoicing, and supplier management processes.

Key Responsibilities Lead or support SAP Fieldglass implementations, enhancements, and production support .

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR, Procurement, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Configure SAP Fieldglass modules and workflows based on business requirements.

Design and optimize processes for contingent labor and external workforce management.

Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations.

Support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Success

Factors , payroll,



procurement, identity management, and third-party applications.

Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT, defect management, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, integration, and data issues.

Develop test scripts, process documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Support data migration, data validation, and environment management activities.

Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Identify opportunities to improve Fieldglass processes, automation, reporting, and user experience.

Provide post-go-live support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current with SAP Fieldglass functionality, releases, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications Hands-on SAP Fieldglass experience in implementation, configuration, support, or optimization.

Strong understanding of contingent workforce and external workforce management processes.

Experience configuring Fieldglass workflows, business rules, approval processes, and user roles.

Experience with Fieldglass modules/processes such as: Contingent Workforce Management Statement of Work (SOW) Worker onboarding/offboarding Time and expense Invoicing Supplier management Reporting and analytics Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

Robust understanding of system integrations and data flows.

Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada/USA
