Our client is hiring two seasoned Grinders and Honers for the day shift. You will focus on refining internal surfaces and achieving excellent quality with your work. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years' experience in finishing hard steel or titanium and be skilled in using measuring tools to maintain accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize grinders, buffers, and sanders on parts
• Measure and determine material removal carefully
• Participate actively in company 5-S activities
• Follow all health and safety policies
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Requirements:
• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient with calipers and similar measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with peers
