Key Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for specific roles.
Build and maintain a solid database of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.




Engage with candidates to promote opportunities and gather necessary information.
Update and manage candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand their candidate needs.
Requirements Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment support, or sales role is advantageous.
Strong research and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
