LINE COOK / FIRST COOK We’re looking for an experienced cook with **5+ years of kitchen experience** who is passionate about food and takes pride in what they serve.
We want someone who **tastes their food before it leaves the kitchen**, notices inconsistencies in prep, and knows how to make the right adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
You should be hardworking, reliable, organized, and able to stay calm and productive during a busy service. We’re looking for someone who **doesn’t wait to be told what to do**, takes initiative, keeps their station clean, and is always looking to learn and improve.
