This prospect is for two Geoscience Summer Students for a 4-month term starting in May 2027. Ideal applicants are motivated second- or third-year Bachelor’s students with exceptional analytical skills and a desire to learn. Collaborate closely with seasoned geoscientists on diverse projects within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate geoscience data for oil and gas potential
• Analyze and interpret wireline logs
• Map stratigraphic units and structural data
• Develop 3D models for oil and gas reservoirs
• Work with core samples to enhance analysis
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program focusing on Geosciences
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Related experience is beneficial
• Ability to independently drive tasks within a team
• Interest in pursuing an energy sector career
