Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans aligned with student goals and CLB standards
• Facilitate learner assessments to gauge progress

• Document attendance and maintain accurate learner files

Requirements:
• High School diploma mandatory
• Adult Learning Certificate preferred
• One to three years of teaching experience required
• Certification or in the process with TESL Ontario needed
• Advanced computer skills for virtual instruction essential
