What your day may look like…

Serve as aprofessional and welcoming ambassador as the first point of contact at theSales Centre and show homes, confidently answering questions and providingaccurate, up‑to‑date information about communities and product offerings.

Develop adeep understanding of the assigned community, including home models,floorplans, available options, products, services, and pricing.

Buildstrong, authentic rapport with visitors to support a positive experience andfacilitate successful sales outcomes.

Proactivelyachieve 100% guest registration by engaging visitors and ensuring complete andaccurate information capture.

Support theArea Sales Manager through daily operational tasks, demonstrating the abilityto work independently while maintaining the sales centre and show homes to thehighest presentation standards.

Ensure thesa security of the sales centre, show homes, and spec homes by properly locking,securing, and managing the alarm system when working independently.

Consistentlydemonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customerservice while representing the brand with pride.

What you’ll bring…





Previous Sales/Customer Service experience isconsidered an asset.

Ideal candidate has a demonstrated customerservice mindset, can communicate clearly, inquire, and actively listen.

Ability to learn and maintain recent informationquickly and effective.

Must be able to work required Show homehours. Including evenings, and weekends when required.
