Job Description NorFab Metal and Machine is a dynamic corporation specializing in the custom manufacture and repair of equipment and consumables for the mining, forestry and industrial industries. The company has completed its 3rd major expansion since its inception over 30 years ago, serves industries domestically, nationally and internationally and is CWB certified as well as ISO registered.
Position Welder/Fitter
Location Timmins, ON
Contract & Working Hours Full Time – Monday-Thursday (10 hour shifts) 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary & Benefits Salary: Diverse
$28.00 - $35.00 (depending on experience) Welders
$35.00-$45.00 (depending on experience) Fitters

Wages to be negotiated based on experience.
Requirements & Qualifications Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and own transportation to / from work.
The ideal candidate will have CWB FCAW all position ticket combined with 3-5 years shop experience working with structural steel.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, be mechanically inclined and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
They will be able to follow directions, work well with others and have the motivation necessary to contribute positively to a team environment. This individual will be reliable and punctual at all times and be able to work with minimal supervision.
