The Seasonal Maintenance Worker/Operator will work under the guidance of the Road Superintendent, managing both summer and winter maintenance operations. This includes critical activities like snow plowing, right-of-way repairs, and drainage maintenance. Candidates should come with experience in highway maintenance and a satisfactory driver's abstract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency highway maintenance
• Execute snow removal and traffic control activities
• Maintain highways and surrounding properties
• Conduct routine patrols for safety inspections
• Assist in minor maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
• Valid DZ driver's license required
• AZ license with highway maintenance experience is an asset
• Experience in provincial and municipal maintenance preferred
• Reliability and punctuality in all duties
• Physically capable of performing job requirements
