Reporting to the VP of Operational Services, this full-time position emphasizes hands-on management and team development across facilities and maintenance. You will oversee staff scheduling, manage work orders, and facilitate contractor coordination for larger projects. Regular inspections and proactive maintenance will be key to supporting staff and families in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage janitorial and maintenance staff
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Identify and address safety concerns during inspections




• Manage work order prioritization and tracking
• Coordinate building access and security operations

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in facilities management or related fields
• Experience supervising operational or maintenance teams
• Valid Class 5 operator's license with necessary experience
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to respond to emergencies and proactively lead
