Engage in agile event management with RBC Global Asset Management as a Corporate Events Manager. Lead in-person, hybrid, and virtual events while enhancing stakeholder experiences.

This role is part of the RBC GAM Corporate Events and Employee Engagement team, where you'll plan, execute, and manage corporate events. Your skills in event logistics, supplier management, and collaboration across teams will ensure seamless event execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing detailed reporting and analysis post-events to track success metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of all corporate events
• Vet suppliers and manage contract negotiations
• Coordinate online registration and manage invitations




• Assist in creating event collateral for presenters
• Support on-site event logistics and operations

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in event management
• Tech-savvy, specifically with event management tools
• Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours
• Degree in a relevant field required
• Event management designations are a plus
