In this full-time role, you will report to the Human Resources Manager, providing comprehensive HR support. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of recruitment and labour relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture for service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage grievance processes and documentation
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Support performance review and discipline processes
• Assist in employee training and policy development
• Prepare and manage HR documentation

Requirements:
• CPHR designation or similar HR credential
• Four-plus years of HR Generalist experience
• At least two years in a unionized workplace
• Excellent knowledge of HR legislation
• Maintain a clear Criminal Record Check
