This role is a short-term contract focused on overseeing kettle operations within designated shopping centers and retail outlets. As Kettle Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, orienting, and supervising workers, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the security of donations. This position calls for a versatile schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage various kettle locations
• Provide leadership and support to volunteers
• Communicate daily needs and logistics to supervisors




• Collect and safeguard donations throughout shifts
• Facilitate staff training and performance management

Requirements:
• One year of relevant experience in customer service
• Experience with cash handling preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary
• Valid PEI Class "G" Driver’s License with insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
