Chartwell is seeking a Driver to ensure safe and respectful transportation for residents and staff. Contribute positively to community life by facilitating mobility and connection.

As a Driver, your primary responsibility will be to transport residents, staff, and volunteers, ensuring they reach their destinations safely. You'll also assist passengers, including those with limited mobility, and uphold vehicle cleanliness. Your dual focus on safety and communication will enhance the service environment within our welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transport residents to appointments and outings safely
• Assist with passenger boarding and secure seating
• Load and unload equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior
• Execute regular safety checks on the vehicle

Requirements:
• Secondary education or equivalent
• Class 4 Driver’s License required
• Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate
• Explicit Driving Record and background check needed
• Ability to work flexible hours
