Bell is in search of a Senior HSE Manager to lead safety initiatives for its AI Fabric campuses. You will work closely with the Director of Operations, ensuring the alignment of health, safety, and environmental strategies with organizational growth. Your focus on operational readiness and continuous improvement will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead national HSE strategy for data centre operations
• Implement safety compliance programs and risk assessments
• Manage emergency preparedness and crisis management efforts




• Partner with teams to ensure operational compliance
• Monitor contractor safety and management practices

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant discipline (Health & Safety, Engineering)
• Extensive leadership experience (10+ years)
