As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the face of the Health Centre, providing essential navigation and administrative support. Your responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, and delivering crisis intervention when necessary. You will directly contribute to addressing health disparities in the community through effective service delivery and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a friendly and welcoming reception for all clients
• Accurately check clients in and organize appointments
• Respond to client calls,



directing them appropriately
• Facilitate food market access for clients experiencing insecurity
• Uphold confidentiality and manage risk in service provision

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in health or social services
• 2+ years of administrative or client-facing experience
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities
• Knowledge of local health services and programs
• Experience with crisis management is beneficial
