Working under the Manager of Organizational Development Operations, you will play a vital role in various HR functions, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. Through strong collaborations with team members and leaders, you'll contribute to a positive workplace culture, ensuring efficient program execution. Your advanced interpersonal skills and proactive approach will help drive continuous improvement across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee engagement and recognition programs
• Facilitate talent acquisition activities and strategies




• Maintain recruitment materials and branding
• Address health and safety needs in conjunction with teams
• Support HR systems and train staff on usage

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in HR roles
• Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
• Solid planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Valid G driver’s license and clean record
