Key Responsibilities:
• Manage seasonal landscaping tasks throughout the year
• Explicit snow from walkways and entrances
• Perform checks and maintain landscaping tools
• Conduct minor repairs on equipment when needed
• Ensure cleanliness of grounds and facilities

Requirements:
• High School Diploma essential
• Possession of a valid G Drivers License
• Practical knowledge of safe equipment operation
• Strong physical ability, including lifting 60 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency for operational communication
