Team members are essential in delivering services that adapt to each client's unique needs and development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client-centered care and daily support
• Assist in personal hygiene and grooming
• Guide clients in cooking and meal preparation
• Encourage participation in social and community activities
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with the team

Requirements:
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and current criminal record check
• Certifications: First Aid/CPR required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
